Museum of 20th-21st Century Art of St Petersburg and its education team invite visitors to a new lecture course dedicated to the history of world art from ancient times to the present day!

At the lecture The Art of Ancient Greece. Classical Period the listeners will get acquainted with the most important milestone of the ancient masters' heritage. We shall learn about the architectural ensemble of the Athenian Acropolis, the main gem of ancient Greek architecture, trace the evolution of sculptural images and understand the iconography of mythological characters.
